Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being responsible for:

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and execute the annual strategy of the area aligned with the financial objectives of the business. Make agile decisions to maximize profitability, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
  • Regional Multi-site Management: Supervise and standardize inventory and quality operations across multiple warehouses. Rigorously control indicators, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Human Capital Development: Build and mentor high-performance teams at all levels. Foster a proactive culture of ownership, guiding leaders to make business-focused decisions.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analysis to create predictive strategies that prevent deviations. Drive the adoption of technologies and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize processes.
  • Corporate Synergy (ICQA GO): Collaborate closely with the central ICQA GO team to align local tactics with regional guidelines, ensuring compliance with policies and sharing best practices.
  • Strategic Communication and Influence: Build strong alliances with key areas (Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Technology). Persuasively communicate results to influence senior management decisions.


Requirements:

  • Hold a completed bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial roles, managing multiple teams and distribution centers, as well as defining and implementing strategies at a regional level.
  • Possess experience in managing operations in distribution centers, inventories, and quality control, as well as in designing standardized processes that guarantee regional scalability.
  • Have proven experience interacting, negotiating, and influencing multiple stakeholders and senior directors, as well as in building, developing, and managing multiple work teams, promoting team autonomy and high performance.
  • Have certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
