Operations Manager

SUMMARY OF THE JOBThe Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and optimizing all operational activities of GRA Comércio, covering logistics, stock, production, dispatch and operation of marketplaces. Acts strategically to ensure operational efficiency, deadline compliance, cost reduction, process standardization and integration between areas, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence in customer service.

Strategic Management of Operations

• Plan, coordinate and supervise operations of logistics, stock, production and dispatch.
• Define operational priorities aligned with commercial and strategic demands of the company.
• Ensure efficiency, productivity and standardization of operational processes
• Act as a liaison between operations, commerce, procurement, finance and directorate.
  
  

Logistics and Stock

• Manage the flow of receipt, storage, separation, dispatch and transportation of merchandise.
• Ensure adequate stock levels, avoiding shortages and excesses. Monitor inventories, accuracy of stock and logistics indicators.
• Optimize routes, delivery times and freight costs.
  
  

Production (Screens, cuts and internal manufacturing)

• Plan and monitor production of screens, cuts of fabrics, hoses, rubber and acrylics. (other products)
• Ensure deadline compliance, quality standards and safety in production.
• Integrate production with stock, sales and logistics for efficient service delivery
• Suggest improvements in productive processes aiming at efficiency gain and waste reduction.
• Maintenance of equipment
  
  

Marketplace and E-commerce (Mercado Livre)

• Supervise the operation of Mercado Livre and other digital channels from an operational perspective.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, delivery times, packaging quality and reputation of the account.
• Integrate logistics, stock and dispatch to meet e-commerce demands.
• Monitor operational indicators of the marketplace (delivery time, delays, returns).
• Governance of inventory over third-party power (full- ml)
  
  

Personnel Management and Leadership

• Lead operational teams (logistics, stock, production and dispatch). Distribute tasks, monitor performance and promote team development.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, use of PPEs and good operational practices.
• Achieve conflict resolution and improve organizational climate of the operation.
  
  

Indicators, Processes and Continuous Improvement

• Develop and monitor performance indicators (productivity, costs, deadlines, losses, rework).
• Prepare operational reports for the directorate.
• Suggest continuous improvements in processes, layout, systems and workflow.
• Aid strategic projects of growth and structuring of the operation.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOBTech KnowledgeMINIMUM AND DESIRED EDUCATIONMinimum: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering or related fields.

Desired: Master's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Management.
