Construction Manager

Job Objective

As a Construction Manager at G Industrial, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, budget, schedule, and established quality and safety standards.

Design work plans, manage resources, lead teams or various areas, make tactical decisions, and ensure the fulfillment of goals, indicators, and budgets.

Scope

• Absolute responsibility for the project.
• Plan and organize construction activities.
• Coordinate work teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise the physical and financial progress of projects.
• Manage budgets, costs, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Identify risks and resolve problems during project execution.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and project control.
• Coordinate superintendencies.
• Control budget.
• Develop recovery strategies.
• Coordinate contractors.
• Manage project estimates and changes.
• Review progress and validate project quality.
• Present results to the Project Director.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Business Administration is desirable.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
• At least 5 years in project management positions.
• Experience in large-scale projects (building, infrastructure, industrial, or real estate developments).
