Payroll Manager

Join our team as Payroll Manager in Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the finance subdirector. Ensure all payroll expenses are correctly registered, in accordance with current labor legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate procedures for all payroll-related processes.

• Supervise the correct calculation and timely payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, commissions, overtime, deductions, incapacities, vacations, severance pay, and settlements, in accordance with current legislation.

• Prepare payroll layouts and service charge layouts and upload them to the bank portal for release.

• Coordinate the issuance, stamping, and reconciliation of payroll CFDI, ensuring correct validation against SAT.

• Validate and present tax and labor contributions (ISR, ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, etc.) in accordance with established fiscal calendars.

• Manage and control the sending of affiliation movements to IMSS (hires, terminations, and salary modifications).

• Prepare and attend internal and external audits (SAT, IMSS, external auditors) and lead the preparation of IMSS fiscal opinions with external auditors.

• Administer employee incapacities, including correct presentation of ST-7 (work accident) and ST-2 (medical leave due to work risk) formats.

• Implement and adapt the payroll system in accordance with normative, contractual, or operational changes, ensuring continuous updating.

• Coordinate with the T&C area for quarterly service charge calculation and distribution.

• Provide attention to payroll-related inquiries regarding payments, deductions, or benefits with family members.
