Payroll Manager

What are we looking for in you?

Completed bachelor's degree with a title in accounting or administrative areas

3 years or more of experience as Head, Leader, Manager, or Chief of Payroll, or similar.

Team leadership

Advanced knowledge in Excel and SAP

Have managed more than 40 legal entities and/or employer registrations.

Payroll process for more than 2,500 employees

What will you do with us?

• Review of payroll calculations (Monthly, Bi-weekly, Fortnightly, special).
• Review of annual process calculations (Profit Sharing, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Premium, Annual Adjustment).
• Approval of accounting reconciliations payroll vs SAP, as well as provisions and account write-offs, improvement projects, and their follow-up.
• Training, reports, annual adjustment, development of individual and leadership competencies.
• Development of the team under your charge (6 people).
