Business and Growth Manager - Loans

As a Business and Growth Manager - Loans, your main responsibilities will be: • To develop and implement strategies for growing the bank's loan portfolio; • To identify and prioritize new business opportunities and partnerships that can contribute to the growth of the bank's loan portfolio; • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions; • To work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies; • To maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing in the financial sector; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
