Mine Manager

From ZielJob, we are seeking a Mine Manager to join a company in the mining sector.

• Plan, direct, and control mining operations (UG and/or OP) on a roster basis.
• Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams in operations, maintenance, and safety.
• Administer OPEX/CAPEX budget and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards according to current regulations.
• Coordinate with planning, geology, environment, and maintenance areas.
• Report operational and production KPIs to management.
• Supervise short, medium, and long-term mine planning.
• Manage labor relations and relationships with local communities within the operational framework.
• Lead expansion, development, or ramp-up projects when applicable.

• Degree in Mining Engineering (graduated) – mandatory.
• +10 years of experience in mining and +5 years in leadership positions (Superintendent / Manager).
• Proven experience in UG and/or OP operations.
• Solid knowledge in mine planning and safety management.
• Budget management and cost control (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Availability to work on a roster basis (14x14 or 20x10) – mandatory.
• Valid driver's license – mandatory.
• Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
• Proficiency in mining software: Deswik, Vulcan, Surpac, or others (desirable).

• Modality: On-site – roster basis (14x14 or 20x10).
• Health Insurance: OSDE Plan 410 for immediate family group.
• 1 additional week of vacation beyond what is established by LCT.
• Annual bonus of up to 3 salaries.
