Marketing Manager - Queretaro

Position Description Company leader in its sector (confidential) seeks a Marketing Manager with extensive strategic and operational experience to lead the complete marketing and trade marketing function at the national level. This position reports directly to the General Management, has constant exposure to international corporate and requires a profile with business vision, leadership, and strong analytical capacity. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute the strategy for the company's brand portfolio, including product launches and repositioning. Lead the development of marketing campaigns and trade marketing initiatives that drive sales growth and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and tactics. Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Provide guidance and support to the marketing team, including training and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. At least 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
