Continuity and Productivity Manager

Leading company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Continuity and Productivity to strengthen operational efficiency in plant and CEDIS. Objective: Drive continuous improvement and productivity in plant and CEDIS through process optimization, waste reduction, and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and HACCP methodologies, ensuring operations are more efficient, standardized, and technologically enabled (WMS, SAP). Activities: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and productivity enhancement, focusing on process re-engineering, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Develop and implement action plans to achieve operational excellence, leveraging tools such as Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance, and Visual Management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Analyze and interpret data to measure performance, track progress, and make informed decisions. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, promoting employee engagement and empowerment. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including plant managers, department heads, and team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide coaching, guidance, and training to employees to improve skills and knowledge. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
