Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing actions. They will be responsible for defining and monitoring the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, managing the media budget, developing campaigns and launches, leading multidisciplinary teams, tracking performance indicators and dashboards, monitoring results, and strengthening brand positioning. We are looking for a professional with experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, event marketing, and public relations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, leadership qualities, and a creative and results-oriented approach. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
