Personal Credit Marketing Manager

At Crediclub, we continue to add talent. We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Personal Credit and Credit Card Product.

Position Objective:

Design, lead, and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for Personal Credit, acting as a strategic partner to the Business area to drive product growth and achieve commercial goals. Responsible for developing the product marketing plan, coordinating its execution with specialist areas, monitoring results, and continuously optimizing initiatives based on business indicators and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the annual and quarterly marketing plan
• Participate in commercial committees and define initiatives with Business
• Coordinate campaigns with Growth, CRM, Brand, and Performance
• Analyze indicators and generate improvement plans
• Administer product investment
• Align internal teams for execution
• Propose improvements in product, communication, and experience

Required Profile:

• Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing, launching, and maintaining corporate websites and digital projects, as well as tools related to the project (Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
• Knowledge of project management software, Figma, Canva, Webflow, basic design concepts, etc.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, brand management and development. Management and coordination with external suppliers
• Proactivity, results-oriented, organization, and creativity
