Heavy Machinery Manager

Objective of the position: Audit, validate and dictate technical and operational information reported by the Heavy Machinery and Equipment area, ensuring the veracity of data, efficient use of assets and compliance with established standards, through documentary review and field visits. Activities: Review and validate performance reports, consumption, machine hours and productivity of heavy machinery park. Carry out site visits to verify in the field the physical conditions of the equipment and machinery, as well as their maintenance and operation. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete and up-to-date. Verify compliance with established standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of the equipment and machinery to ensure they are properly maintained and operated. Identify and report any anomalies or discrepancies in the data reported by the area. Provide recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the heavy machinery park. Develop and implement procedures for the maintenance, operation and repair of the equipment and machinery. Ensure that all personnel involved in the management and operation of the heavy machinery park are properly trained and qualified. Monitor and control the use of resources and budget allocated to the heavy machinery park. Analyze and interpret data related to the performance and productivity of the heavy machinery park. Develop and implement strategies for improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the heavy machinery park.
