Maintenance Manager

At Royal Resorts, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operation of our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring the safety, functionality, and operational continuity of our development.

Functions

• Lead the operation and administration of the Maintenance department.
• Develop and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage the budget and resources of the area.
• Coordinate improvement projects, energy savings, and resource optimization.
• Supervise suppliers, contractors, and specialized work.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and civil protection standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in managerial positions and 5 years in maintenance.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of electromechanical, hydraulic, air conditioning, water treatment, and facility maintenance systems.
• Leadership, analytical skills, negotiation, effective communication, and results orientation.
