Job description
As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. You will contribute to the development of departmental goals, budgets, and strategies, while implementing and maintaining effective maintenance procedures and standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and organize the activities of maintenance personnel, ensuring projects are executed effectively. Oversee process audits and ensure compliance with established processes and regulations. Develop and implement corrective actions for equipment failures or malfunctions. Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services. Monitor and control maintenance costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Analyze and report on maintenance performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and management. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the maintenance team. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
