What will you do here?

Lead our team and store operations with care and strategic vision, focusing on people management, consistent results delivery, and valuing diversity.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to share with our network?

• Inspiring Leadership: Develop, motivate, and guide your team to deliver their best every day.
• Focus on Results: Manage store indicators (KPIs), seek continuous performance improvement, outline sales strategies, and celebrate every surpassed goal.
• Operations: Handle administrative and operational routines with agility and assertiveness. Manage inventory, cash flow, ensure the store is always impeccable, from stock to display, creating an attractive and organized environment.
• Customer Focus: Ensure that every person who enters the store has a delightful and unforgettable shopping experience.

What are the Requirements?

• Currently pursuing or completed Higher Education
• Experience in people management, team leadership, and store/retail operations
• Strong experience in sales, indicator management, and results delivery
• Knowledge of Excel (or similar tools) and digital tools

What are the Differentiators?

• Experience in consultative service in the cosmetics sector.
