Acts on the development of the team, ensuring a productive environment, aligned to the company's culture and standards. Principais Responsabilidade Manage the operation of the store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, controlling inventory levels, managing cash register and performing other tasks related to the daily management of the store. Develops and implements strategies for increasing customer loyalty, improving sales and optimizing operational processes. Coordinates with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Manages and develops a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. Analyzes sales data and makes recommendations for product assortment and promotions. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as required.
