Store Manager - Shopping Cidade Jardim (São Paulo-SP)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Ensure excellence in customer service by fostering customer loyalty to the brand and achieving results towards meeting goals

- Monitor and guide the sales team, interacting and supplementing when opportunities arise. Resolve possible complaints and exchanges. Ensure 100% of the team completes online training. Be a multiplier of the company's strategies, leading by example, being the voice for all communications, ensuring high quality in customer service

- Perform financial control, making weekly deposits and filling out spreadsheets, as well as petty cash control, prioritizing store expenses to reduce costs. Coordinate the operational transition for each campaign within deadlines and following MMP (promotional merchandising material) guidelines, as well as keeping the store attractive to the customer (organization, pricing, cleanliness, structure)

- Ensure the achievement of the store team's goals and KPIs, maintaining profitability within expectations.

- Report directly to the Supervisor or District Manager on competitor movements, opportunities in the area where the operation is located, and seek partnerships in the region. Participate in meetings, action plan construction, working strategically to achieve results. Seek to develop the team in search of a successor for your position

- Manage the entire team, developing and engaging professionals. Recruit and select employees for the team, report data related to electronic time tracking to HR and be the primary contact with the area whenever necessary to ensure the team is complete and equipped with HR-related information.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma Completed

- Experience with sales, people management, and indicators

- Must have availability and flexibility in working hours

- Experience in luxury market brands, and/or in the cosmetics segment (advantageous)

- 6x1 scale
