Main Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional to lead our team and store operations with care and attention. Your role will be fundamental to building customer loyalty and attracting new consumers to our brand. Connecting with our values, you will ensure a differentiated experience for both customers and your team.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in people management and results, who values professional development and recognizes the power of diversity to generate value.

• Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of our talents;
• Responsible for the people management processes of your sales team (time tracking, work scheduling, etc.);
• Develop the team through meetings and training, keeping them motivated and aligned with the company;
• Conduct team performance evaluations;
• Manage indicators and improve performance of results;
• Responsible for the store's cash flow;
• Implement and maintain Visual Merchandising according to Natura's Marketing guidelines;
• Responsible for store revenue and inventory management;
• Conduct monthly results meetings;
• Know and disseminate the Company's Vision and Mission;
• Responsible for complying with the policies, rules, and regulations of Occupational Safety and Health at your workplace or work process;
• Obey all company work regulations and procedures;
• Identify improvement opportunities.

What are the requirements?

• Completed higher education;
• Experience with indicator management and continuous improvement;
• Excel or similar tools;
• Experience with people management and as a team leader;
• Desirable knowledge in consultative service;
• Availability to work alternating Sundays (1x1);
• Experience in sales and delivering results;
• Knowledge of marketing and VM;
• Experience in content facilitation;
• Experience in store operations.
