Store Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a Store Manager with a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile to lead the operation in our local unit located at the Shopping Partage in Parauapebas.
This position requires strong team management, indicators, and commercial performance, with a constant focus on goals and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Leadership and motivation of a team of 6 collaborators (including a Consultant Leader);

Opening of the store (arrival up to 1 hour before opening, at 9am);

Daily follow-up of commercial goals, service quality, and administrative processes;

Management of indicators with a focus on achieving goals and bonuses

Preparation and follow-up of the team's work schedule;

Recruitment, development, and termination of collaborators;

Active participation in the store's routine, with special attention to nighttime and weekend flow;

Guarantee of excellence in service and standardization of processes.

Requirements
Higher education degree or pursuing;

Proven experience in team management;

Lived experience in service sales

Analytical profile, with mastery of indicators and focus on results;

Leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills;

Availability to work on a flexible scale, including weekends;

Reside in Parauapebas or nearby.

Job Conditions

Basic Salary: R$ 3,000.00

Function Bonus (40%): R$ 1,200.00

Mobility: R$ 500.00/month (via Caju)

Expenses: R$ 1,000.00/month (via Caju)

Food Allowance: R$ 16.00 per working day

Corporate Line: 1 chip with an enterprise plan

Health Plan: Vivo Family Health Plan

Variability Bonus: Bonus of up to R$ 2,400.00 based on performance in the quartile

Other important points:

Flexible schedule with adjusted breaks according to demand;

Saturdays worked only 1x a month;

Average Saturday shift: between 6am and 7am;

Autonomy and responsibility (without fixed point control)
