Store Manager - International Education

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead one of our units, ensuring high commercial performance, team development, and strengthening strategic partnerships in the region. This position is crucial to drive store growth, bring customers closer to international education solutions, and consolidate the brand's presence locally. Responsibilities and assignments: • Store management, ensuring achievement of revenue, conversion, and average ticket targets, with regular follow-ups and monitoring; • Development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to meet business objectives; • Leadership and guidance of store staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers; • Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste; • Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store operations; • Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; • Participating in regional meetings and contributing to the development of regional strategies; • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and partnerships; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers; • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are positive and memorable; • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge; • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.
