Manage the work climate, operational flow, materials, finances, and infrastructure of the assigned store, developing and implementing commercial and operational strategies, with the aim of meeting the company's operational, commercial, and financial objectives, with a focus on total customer satisfaction.

Activities:

• Responsible for conducting monthly internal and external customer feedback sessions to identify potential conflicts, resolving them immediately when necessary, ensuring the confidentiality of their information.
• Responsible for fostering a positive work environment that encourages the achievement of sales floor objectives.
• Responsible for correctly managing the store's staff.
• Responsible for establishing positive and disciplined leadership.
• Responsible for ensuring the ongoing evaluation, training, and development of store employees.
• Responsible for promoting the company's ethical values and developed policies.
• Responsible for embodying the company's values in such a way as to become a role model for all store employees.
• Responsible for conveying and communicating the company's policies and values.
• Responsible for ensuring that current laws and procedures are complied with and replicated by the team.
• Responsible for defining store strategies to achieve organizational variable goals (KPIs).
• Responsible for conceiving, planning, and implementing improvements in the operations of the branch.
• Responsible for employee development, mapping technical and behavioral training, conducting semi-annual measurements through performance evaluations.
• Responsible for hiring and training the team, interviewing 100% of finalist candidates and ensuring employee onboarding on the first day of work.
• Responsible for ensuring excellence in total customer service.
• Responsible for implementing and supervising strategies defined by the commercial area.
• Responsible for complying with risk and loss prevention rules and procedures of the store.
• Responsible for maintaining store merchandise and infrastructure in good condition.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the sales, risk, and loss plan.
• Responsible for ensuring a certain level of store availability, as determined by the company.
• Responsible for ensuring the daily store opening and closing process, adhering to company regulations.
• Responsible for managing store and/or department expenses, which directly affect the store's financial result (P&L).
• Responsible for the confidentiality of company information.
