Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations, and drive customer satisfaction.

Your mission with us will be:

• General Management: Manage the entire daily operation of the store, from operations to strategic and financial planning.
• Leadership & Team: Recruit, develop, and guide the AutoZoner team in the best sales techniques and service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure adequate stock control, visual merchandising (internal and external), and conducting physical inventories.
• Commercial Management: Monitor sales targets, documentation/pricing processes, and optimize work schedules for maximum profitability.
• Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers and ensure quality and agile delivery.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience with management in retail;
• High school diploma;
• Basic Office Suite knowledge;
• Availability to work on a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
