About the Opportunity: In partnership with a prestigious international brand, consolidated in the luxury fashion and lifestyle market, Also Hire is seeking a high-performance Retail Leader to manage its boutique in Salvador. This position is ideal for professionals who possess a sophisticated DNA, understand that luxury is in the details, and have a proven track record of managing focused teams on results and excellence in customer experience.

The Challenge: You will be the ambassador of the brand in the region. The challenge goes beyond meeting targets: it's about orchestrating a flawless operation where Visual Merchandising, personalized service (Clienteling) and inventory management work in perfect harmony. We are looking for someone who inspires the team to deliver not just products, but narratives and dreams.

Your Responsibilities:

• 360-Degree Management: Be responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the unit, managing performance indicators (KPIs), operational costs, and profitability.
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance sales team. Provide constant feedback and maintain team engagement.
• Clienteling & CRM: Manage the VIP customer portfolio, creating long-term relationship strategies, exclusive events, and loyalty actions.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that global brand standards (VM, cleanliness, organization, grooming of the team) are strictly followed.
• Report: Report results and strategies directly to regional/national management.

The Profile We're Looking For:

• Experience: Solid experience (minimum 3-5 years) in retail store management, preferably in the Premium or Luxury segment.
• Ledership: Proven ability to form and retain talent. You lead by example.
• Language: Intermediate to Advanced English is an important differential for attending tourists and occasional reports.
• Availability: Total flexibility to work in shopping hours (including weekends and holidays, according to the schedule).
• Skills: Analytical vision (like numbers), impeccable communication, elegance, and passion for fashion.
