Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily sales/goals and the store's operational results, through analysis and proposing improvements for results;
• Encouraging and strengthening the delivery of results KPIs with store leadership, through feedback and alignments;
• Being a propagator of quality and service concepts, maintaining a high level of relationship with the team to optimize processes and sales;
• Ensuring the application and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring store organization, correct product display, and the customer shopping experience;
• Conducting candidate interviews and planning for career development, observing and strengthening individual competencies;
• Promoting diversity among people, building a store with equity;
• Ensuring team engagement and alignment with the company's values and objectives.

Mandatory requirements:

• Completed higher education;
• Previous experience in people management;
• Previous experience in results management;
• Knowledge of the retail segment;
• Knowledge of computers and the Office Suite.

Desirable requirements (advantage):

• Previous experience in the sporting goods segment;
• Knowledge of sales management tools and indicators;
• Skill in motivational leadership and team development;
• Strategic analysis capability for continuous improvement of results;
• Experience with diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
