Job description
Important multinational company dedicated to food production is looking for. Below we share the profile:
Responsibilities:
- Optimization of warehousing, supply, and material transfer operations, ensuring operational continuity.
- Inventory management with a focus on accuracy, traceability, FEFO/FIFO, and reduction of obsolescence and losses.
- Management of logistics providers and tracking of performance KPIs.
- Information management and inventory control in SAP, with advanced analysis and visualization tools.
- Cross-functional coordination to align logistics capacity, supply, and operational requirements.
- Leadership and development of teams under Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Optimization of flows, lead times, inventory levels, and transfer processes to eliminate operational restrictions.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in a similar position, logistics.
Education: Bachelor's Degree / Engineering in Industrial Engineering or related field. MBA or Master's Degree in Logistics (desirable).
English C1
Technical Knowledge: SAP, MRP, Advanced Excel, Power Query and Power BI. Batch control, dynamic slotting, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, lead time analysis, safety stock, 5S, Kaizen, and root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone.
Certifications (desirable) in APICS / ASCM CSCP or CPIM. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
