Logistics Manager

Design, implement, and oversee the strategy for moving goods and services within the organization. Your mission is to ensure that the supply chain is fluid within 75 retail points of sale and 22 transportation units, achieving an optimal balance between customer service level and total operational costs. As the central axis of the organization, this leader must possess a systemic vision to anticipate risks, reduce lead times, and manage logistics processes efficiently. This includes coordinating with internal departments such as procurement, production planning, inventory control, and distribution, as well as external partners like suppliers, carriers, and customs brokers. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends and challenges. He/she must be able to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.
