We are looking for a Research and Development Manager to lead strategic projects, drive innovation, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a regional and global environment oriented towards results and continuous improvement. What will be your greatest challenge with us? Driving process harmonization, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring the fulfillment of area strategic objectives through key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, effective management, and monitoring of project progress.
