Business Intelligence Manager
Job description
Be part of a multinational group of companies with businesses in the financial, retail, e-commerce, home delivery sectors, among others.
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager:
Objective: Generate the strategy to create and provide analytics, models, reporting, and dashboards that allow the company to adequately manage KPIs, as well as to exploit information and share relevant insights that enable business decision-making.
Role Activities:
- Propose appropriate dashboards based on internal client and business requirements.
- Supervise the creation, adjustment, and management of strategic dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Optimize and supervise queries to control the correct management of the area's budget.
- Analyze the main insights from campaign data and KPIs.
- Generate a strategy to train key internal users to foster self-management.
- Supervise the correct creation and automation of ETLs, journeys, and triggers through Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Completed degree: Actuarial Science, Systems Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
- Experience of between 6 and 8 years
- Advanced Excel Level
- SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, and GCP
- Python
