Civil Engineering and Design Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide leadership and direction to a team responsible for civil design and architectural and engineering deliverables, including drawings for site designs, including layouts, drainage systems, access road designs, basic storm water designs, and local code requirements for zoning. Oversee the development and standardization of construction documentation for both repeatable and custom site types, ensuring compliance with global standards, local regulatory codes, and local building codes. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that design deliverables meet project requirements and are in line with company policies. Ensure that all designs are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliverables. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement process improvements and standardize design procedures. Ensure that all designs are properly documented and maintained for future reference.
