VIP Groups and Services Manager

International company is looking for a VIP Groups Manager responsible for coordinating and supervising the integral operation of special groups and VIP services, ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Job objective: Strategically and operationally manage the attention of groups and VIP clients, guaranteeing correct planning, execution, and control of services, as well as resource optimization and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and supervising the operation of special groups and VIP services; Ensuring high standards of quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction; Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resources and improve service delivery; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination; Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues; Managing budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives; Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
