Group and Convention Manager

In SLS Playa Mujeres, one of the most exclusive luxury resorts in the region, we are looking for a highly professional Group and Convention Manager, service-oriented and with extensive experience in operating and managing events at luxury hotels.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing events, groups, weddings, and incentives, ensuring an impeccable experience for each client and guaranteeing compliance with brand standards.

• Manage and supervise groups, events, and conventions from the quotation to the post-event closure.
• Conduct site inspections and executive presentations for clients and strategic partners.
• Coordinate and ensure the complete logistics of the event with involved departments: A&B, Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, among others.
• Manage contracts, room blockings, time limits, and deposit policies.
• Develop personalized proposals aligned to the luxury standard of the resort.
• Supervise installations, compliance with operational guidelines, and overall event execution.
• Maintain solid commercial relationships with agencies, DMCs, wedding planners, and key accounts.
• Ensure the profitability of each event through costs, upselling, and operational control.
• Generate reports, forecasts, pickups, and productivity analysis for Sales Management.
• Guarantee that all events are aligned with Ennismore & SLS service standards.
