Processes you will lead:

To work in this position, we are looking for a professional with strategic vision and the ability to connect governance, risks, controls, compliance, and results.

Among the main competencies, we highlight:

Risk Management and Internal Controls – identify, measure, evaluate, and treat risks, as well as monitor the effectiveness of controls.

Governance and Compliance – ensure adherence to processes, internal norms, current legislation, and systemic guidelines.

Analytical Vision and Decision Making – interpret data, evaluate scenarios, prioritize risks, and transform information into consistent decisions.

Strategic and Business Vision – understand the impacts of risks on results and contribute to sustainable decisions aligned with the cooperative's strategy.

What we need you to have:

Completed Higher Education in Accounting Sciences;

Post-graduate degree or MBA in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Auditing, Controlling, or related areas.

Solid experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance, governance, or auditing.

Experience in team management and leadership of technical professionals.

Knowledge of legislation, regulatory norms, internal policies, and compliance requirements applicable to the business.

Knowledge in identifying, measuring, evaluating, monitoring, and treating risks.

Experience in structuring and monitoring internal controls and action plans.

Ability to prepare and present reports, indicators, and management information for senior leadership.

Knowledge in indicator-based management, data analysis, and scenario evaluation.

Systemic vision of processes and ability to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities for improvement.

Ability to act strategically and consultatively with business areas, balancing control, risk, and results.

Differential: experience in the cooperative system/Sicoob or in financial institutions.

Differential: knowledge of sustainability, ESG risks, and integrated risk management.
