Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for data management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data governance initiatives, leveraging technology and innovation to drive business value. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization. Ensure effective communication and reporting on data governance progress and outcomes. ️ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in data governance, management, or analytics. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data analytics.
