Project Management Manager

ICEE de México is looking for our next talent as a Project Manager, who will have the challenge of leading the comprehensive execution of the business's established projects; our future talent must:

• Develop and maintain the detailed project plan, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate all relevant internal areas.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project management.
• Assign clear responsibilities and deadlines for pending actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays, and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress against the agreed-upon timeline and proactively communicate any deviations and their potential impact.
• Act as an escalation point for project-related issues raised and manage their timely resolution.
• Provide regular project updates and key metrics to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and required decisions.
• Ensure that pending decisions are clearly identified, assigned to the corresponding stakeholders, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and maintain project governance, including regular meetings (internal and with clients), agendas, action tracking, and control routines.
• Manage changes in scope, timelines, resources, or requirements, ensuring proper alignment before their implementation.
• Monitor project performance after launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably leading complex and interdisciplinary projects (commercial area).
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale deployments or implementations involving multiple functional areas, stakeholders, and locations.
• Experience working directly with major clients or external stakeholders, preferably in the retail, consumer goods, or customer service sectors.
• Fluent business English (Essential, non-negotiable).
• Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools will be valued.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification will be valued.
