Job description
We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for conducting the management strategies of Grupo Pereira's commercial galleries nationwide, as well as operational, commercial, and administrative processes of the area, aiming to contribute to the consolidation of assertive and profitable practices in the administration of Commercial Galleries.

• Manage Operations and restructuring of Galleries, through the commercialization and administration of retail spaces, prospecting brands, franchises, regional operations, and anchor stores for vacant spaces;
• Administer store Galleries by working with sector analysts, through the registration analysis of interested parties in renting spaces, definition of contractual guarantees, implementation and administration of condominiums, internal regulations, and percentage rent in leased stores;
• Monitor and ensure the maintenance of tenant operations in the galleries, such as store appearance, operating hours, compliance with contractual clauses, condominium management, etc.;
• Promote solid procedures for delinquency management, extrajudicial notifications, collection from guarantors, execution of surety insurance, execution of insurance, execution of capitalization bonds, etc., with the support of analysts;
• Track the results of the Commercial Galleries management area aiming for the best performance, through indicator management;
• Ensure people management regarding vacation schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other demands related to working hours, through the monitoring of management reports forwarded by the personnel department and also with guidance to employees;
• Promote the professional development and motivation of the team, through feedback, performance monitoring, and improvement through technical and behavioral training.
What we expect from our Commercial Galleries Manager:
• Availability to reside in Itajaí/SC;
• Availability for travel;
• Completed Higher Education;
• Desirable Real Estate Brokerage Technical Course with active CRECI;
• Experience in prospecting tenants;
