Front Manager

Work to make happy. We are Bahia Principe, the leading hotel chain in the Dominican Republic, and also present in Mexico, Jamaica, and Spain (Tenerife and Mallorca). We manage 25 all-inclusive hotels under four brands: Bahia Principe Luxury, Bahia Principe Grand, Bahia Principe Sunlight, and Bahia Principe Fantasia. And we belong to Grupo Piñero, a Spanish vacation group founded in 1977 with headquarters in Palma de Mallorca. We are looking for a Front Manager who will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the front office team at one of our hotels. The ideal candidate should have experience in hotel operations, preferably in an all-inclusive resort, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
