Financial Manager

The Financial Manager will be responsible for leading the financial planning, execution, and supervision of the concessionaire, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and fiscal commitments in Mexico, and guaranteeing accurate accounting and communication with Spanish partners. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute the preparation of financial forecasts (closing estimates, budget, and business plan). Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, shareholders, and external auditors. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as IFRS and Mexican GAAP. Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives, taking into account market trends, competition, and risk management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial plans with overall company goals. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Provide guidance and support to finance team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports and tax returns. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
