Position Description We are looking for a Finance Manager to work in Fortaleza, CE, with a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for some remote activities. The professional will be responsible for the company's financial and budgetary management, including the development and monitoring of financial performance metrics. Other responsibilities include supervision of the accounting and tax areas, cash flow analysis, financial projections, and support to management for decision-making. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Financial Management: Experience in budget control, cash flow, financial planning, and cost analysis.
• Analysis and Reporting: Knowledge in preparing and interpreting financial reports, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, and resource optimization.
• Accounting and Tax: Proficiency in accounting and tax routines, with an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in Brazil.
• Additional Requirements: Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Experience with financial management tools and leadership skills will be important differentiators.
