More than 5 years of experience in commercial expansion, including franchise marketing, negotiation and closing of real estate contracts, as well as identification, evaluation and selection of strategic locations for new openings. Functions: Evaluate the viability of new markets and identify opportunities for growth; Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in existing and new markets; Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results; Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities; Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
