Exclusive/Leasing Manager

• Represent the exclusive department to property owners of businesses.

• Develop a commercial strategy and marketing plan for businesses under exclusive management.
• Hold periodic meetings with property owners of exclusives.
• Execute active prospecting of clients and new business opportunities.
• Form, structure, and manage the team of the exclusive department.
• Send weekly reports on prospecting and business evolution to the board.
• Achieve a minimum of two new exclusivities per year while retaining existing ones.
• Represent the company institutionally at sector events.
• Participate in logistics fairs and events for client prospecting and brand strengthening for Paulo Bio.

Requirements

• Essential requirements and skills:

• Commercial profile
• Experience in the real estate, logistics, industrial, or corporate market.
• Proven experience in closing large deals.
• Mastery of market knowledge and relationships with investment funds and major clients.
• Strong interpersonal relationship profile.
• Able to lead a commercial process from start to finish.
• Mastery of the entire negotiation cycle: proposal capture, business conduct, document analysis, and contractual negotiation.
