Position: Property Damage Issuance Manager | CDMX

Mission of the position:

Coordinate and oversee the issuance of policies in the corresponding line of business within the guidelines of technical and internal control policies, ensuring quality and timeliness to provide optimal service to clients and/or agents.

Functions:

• Guarantee accuracy and agility in the issuance of new policies, renewals, and maintenance.
• Calibrate weekly operation forecasts in the production line, adjusting installed capacity according to demand.
• Participate in the implementation of strategic projects to standardize best practices in issuance processes.
• Lead and develop the issuance team towards the achievement of strategic objectives.

Education:

• Degree or Economic-Administrative Engineering (Graduated)

Experience:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in policy issuance and service processes
• Multiline experience (Auto, Property Damage, Life, and GMM)
• Knowledge in the Property Damage and Auto lines of business (essential)
• Experience in Issuance, Underwriting, and/or Service areas
• Management of work teams (more than 20 people)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Workspace tools
