Job description
What will your challenge be?
- Manage and administer the results of multiple units through field visits with the objective of coaching store managers on operational processes;
- Act in people development and results management;
- Support and monitor the achievement of proposed results and customer satisfaction;
- Interact with a multidisciplinary team;
- Monitor human resources indicators with the objective of supporting the construction of high-performance teams;
- Experience with reports and analysis.
