District Manager Hospital Medications/ Specialty Care

Your Role: Drive the achievement of sales objectives and business growth through profitable district management, by developing the team and ensuring the correct execution of strategy, value generation for the client, and adherence to organizational processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the market: Monitor trends, competitors, and clients to identify opportunities and threats, and translate them into growth strategies for the District.
• Plan and manage operations: Develop and execute the Work Plan (sales, market share, profitability), manage resources and budget, and ensure compliance with key KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop talent: Recruit, develop, and continuously evaluate the team, establish individual plans (development, performance improvement).
• Coordinate internally and provide support: Facilitate collaboration with internal areas to secure resources, tools, and clear communication of strategies; promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure commercial execution: Supervise and guide the implementation of work plans, segmentation, sales techniques, and appropriate use of tools (CRM, audits, visual aids, samples), guarantee the achievement of objectives.

Your Profile:

• Degree in economic-administrative, medical, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience as a District Manager.
• Proven experience in Hospital Circuit and/or Specialty Care.
