Meet the Operations area!

The Operations area is responsible for ensuring the correct execution of sales floor processes, ensuring that our customers find the products they are looking for in our stores in the right way and with the expected value.

As a District Manager…

You will be responsible for leading a territory, having full responsibility for meeting sales, productivity, and inventory control goals for the assigned stores. You will lead all operational activities within the region, such as: day-to-day operations, merchandising activities, staff training and development, and store openings.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• You will be responsible for meeting operational and commercial standards to achieve sales and growth targets in your region.
• You will lead a team of approximately 6-12 store managers and an average of 10 employees at each location.
• You will direct all operational activities of your district through the Store Managers.
• You will manage your workforce, inventories, store replenishment, and shrinkage control to ensure business objectives.
• You will comply with merchandising and operational excellence standards (cleanliness, replenishment, checkout speed, customer service, etc.);
• You will conduct store visits/evaluations to ensure operational excellence and the execution of quality service.
• You will participate in the recruitment, training, development, and retention of a world-class team.
• You will be an ambassador of the company's culture and values to employees, customers, and suppliers.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• Professional in business, operations, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial positions in the retail industry.
• Excellent influencing, collaboration, and communication skills, as you will need to build strong working relationships.
• High levels of energy, drive, and business vision because you will be part of a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
• You will be responsible for maintaining levels of excellence in all points of sale under your supervision, so a high willingness to work with an operational team and spend 100% of your work time in stores is vital.
• High levels of adaptability and resilience, as you will be part of a constantly growing company.
