District Sales Manager

Overview of the position: Ensure domestic sales target, improve market share, increase customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets; build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders; analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth; provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently; maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market analysis; contribute to the development of new business opportunities through innovative ideas and creative solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; minimum 3 years of experience in sales management; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
