Distribution Manager

The Payroll Credit Sales Manager will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising the commercial team to achieve credit placement goals in the Public Sector. Their main focus will be on prospecting institutional agreements and developing effective sales strategies. Main Responsibilities Direct and supervise the achievement of credit placement goals by the team under their charge. Train and coach sales executives in prospecting, closing, and customer service techniques. Monitor productivity indicators (KPIs) and design action plans for deviations. Ensure portfolio quality by validating that files comply with risk and fraud prevention policies. Required Profile Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 3 years in managerial or supervisory positions within the financial sector, specifically in payroll credit or preferential products. Knowledge: Management of commercial KPIs, field sales and door-to-door sales techniques, and public relations with decision-makers (Human Resources, directors, etc.). Skills: Situational leadership, high frustration tolerance, excellent negotiation, and results-oriented. Availability: To travel or perform field work as applicable.
