Sales Performance, BI and Systems Manager

Objective: Optimize the efficiency of Walmart Connect's sales force through data intelligence and technological tool management. You will be the architect behind performance dashboards and the operational owner of systems (CRM/Salesforce), ensuring that the commercial team has total visibility of their KPIs and internal processes are automated to maximize productivity. What will you do? Salesforce Management: Manage and optimize the CRM as a source of truth for sales data, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline development. Automate workflows and integrate with other systems to streamline sales operations. Analyze and report on key metrics to inform strategic decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. ¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos necesitarás?
