Digital Business Development Manager

At Mabe we are looking for a Digital Business Development Manager with strategic vision and focus on results to lead the growth of digital business at continental level, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience and expand our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analysis, as well as strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and threats, and developing action plans to achieve business objectives. He/She will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, managing budgets and resources, and tracking key performance indicators. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
