Information Management and Automation

Position Objective

You will be responsible for leading the organization's information management, integration, governance, and exploitation strategy, ensuring the availability, quality, and reliability of data for decision-making.

Additionally, you will drive automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and generate value for the different business areas.

Main Responsibilities

✅ Manage corporate information aligned with Data Governance policies.

✅ Design and develop solutions for ETL and information integration processes.

✅ Administer data repositories, datamarts, and information platforms.

✅ Automate and digitize processes using tools from the Microsoft ecosystem.

✅ Manage information providers, operational risks, and continuity plans.

✅ Actively participate in regional projects related to data, reporting, and digital transformation.

Profile We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• Master's degree or specialization in Digital Transformation, Analytics, BI, or Data Mining is desirable.
• 5 to 8 years of experience leading information management, analytics, and multidisciplinary project initiatives.

Technical Knowledge

• Advanced SQL Server.
• Relational and dimensional data modeling.
• ETL and data integration.
• Data governance, quality, and security.
• Power Apps and Power Automate (desirable).
• Azure and data services (desirable).
• Advanced Power BI (desirable).
