Permanent Hiring On-site Advanced/Fluent English required for conversation Opportunity to work as a Senior Data Manager in a large Brazilian company, leader in its segment and at a relevant moment of digital transformation. Main responsibilities Define and execute the corporate data strategy Structure and lead multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science) Build a modern data platform (Data Lakehouse, pipelines, architecture...) Develop and implement data governance policies Ensure data quality and integrity Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements Design and implement data visualizations and reports Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions Provide technical guidance and support to teams Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Develop and manage budgets for data-related projects Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
